The Ukrainian pilot was kidnapped on Ukrainian territory on the 18th of June 2014 and secretly brought to Moscow where she had stayed imprisoned ever since. The accusations against her have undergone a bizarre development and her defense has refuted all of them. On the 8th of March 2015 Nadia Savchenko would be on hunger strike for 86 days. On that day people around the globe organized an event that was held in most of capitals around the world. The event in The Netherlands was hosted by the foundation Ukraine Today.
