This was the question that was the focus of the political debate between specialists that took place on November 27, 2014, in Nassaukerk in the Staatsliedenbuurt neighborhood of Amsterdam. Russian president Vladimir Putin has caused a lot of turmoil with his intervention in Ukraine. How should Dutch politics react to it? How should Europe react? Should Ukraine be invited to join NATO? Should the Netherlands limit its commitment to the investigation of the MH17 attack? These and other questions were discussed during the debate.
